Professional Voice Actor - Italian (AI Training) About the Role What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of Italian speakers around the world? This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed - just a commanding vocal presence, native-level Italian fluency, and access to quality recording equipment.

What You'll Do - Record professional-grade Italian voice performances using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech for naturalness, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall quality
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to help improve synthesized voice outputs
- Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure authentic, natural-sounding delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule
Who You Are - Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work
- Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
- Equipped with a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
- Attentive to nuance - you can identify and articulate subtle differences in tone, pacing, and pronunciation
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently
Nice to Have - Experience across multiple Italian regional accents or dialects
- Background in broadcast media, theatre, film, or professional audio production
- Familiarity with AI tools, audio evaluation workflows, or speech technology
- Experience providing structured creative or quality feedback
