Bobby Rahal Mercedes-Benz is looking for a Greeter to work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 3:30pm-7:00pm; and Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm.

Position Overview

The Greeter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to making our clients feel welcome at the dealership.

Who would I interact with?

This position interacts daily via inbound/outbound calls with clients, as well as direct interaction with the sales and service teams just to name a few.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Warmly greet all clients, vendors, and other visitors that come into the showroom.
• Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.
• Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.
• Handle paperwork for accounting functions for dealer trades performed by the sales department.
• General office duties such as emailing, copying, filing and faxing.

• Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
• Professional and friendly phone skills with a passion for customer service
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and driving record check
