Job Overview
Lucasan Marketing is seeking motivated and outgoing independent contractors to assist eligible households with enrollment into the federal Lifeline program. Agents will educate customers about free or discounted wireless service benefits and help qualified applicants complete the enrollment process.
This opportunity is ideal for self-driven individuals, sales professionals, field marketers, canvassers, recruiters, and business owners with existing sales teams.
Independent contractors have the flexibility to set their own schedules while earning competitive performance-based compensation.
Responsibilities
Educate consumers about Lifeline wireless service benefits
Assist eligible applicants with the enrollment and qualification process
Verify required documentation and application accuracy
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and carrier program guidelines
Conduct field marketing and customer outreach activities
Represent Lucasan Marketing professionally at all times
Submit completed enrollments accurately and efficiently
Maintain communication with management regarding production and performance
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with the public
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Sales, marketing, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Smartphone and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to follow compliance procedures and documentation requirements
