Apply legal expertise to create high-quality, real-world input that helps next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform. This remote, part-time contractor role focuses on rigorous legal analysis, clear documentation, and careful evaluation of legal materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex scenarios across multiple practice areas.
• Review contracts, regulatory filings, and legal documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Interpret laws, regulations, and policies for structured legal evaluations.
• Prepare concise written summaries and legal reasoning for case-based scenarios.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve legal workflows and documentation standards.
• Identify inconsistencies, legal risks, and compliance gaps in legal materials.
• Handle all work with exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in legal research, contract analysis, or regulatory interpretation.
• Excellent written communication, documentation, analytical reasoning, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with legal compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong organization, critical-thinking skills, verbal communication, and professional judgment.
• Experience working remotely with distributed legal or compliance teams is preferred.
• Experience with litigation support, compliance reviews, or legal operations initiatives is preferred.

Work Terms

• Remote, part-time independent contractor engagement.
• No prior AI experience is required. Legal domain expertise is the primary qualification.

Compensation

$15 to $25 per hour.
