LPN Or RN – In-Home Assessment Nurse (PRN/1099) – Metro AtlantaGaddiel Home Care Services Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) or Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as in-home assessment specialists. As a 1099 contractor, your primary responsibility will be conducting 60–90 day client assessments in the comfort of their homes throughout the Metro Atlanta area.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive 60–90 day in-home client assessmentsEvaluate patient health status, needs, and care plansCommunicate assessment findings to the care teamProvide skilled nursing care as needed, including:Medication managementWound careCatheter and tube feeding careDiabetes management/insulin administrationColostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy careIV therapy and other skilled nursing dutiesQualifications:Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of GeorgiaMinimum 1 year nursing experience; home care experience preferredStrong assessment and clinical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently with clients in their homesReliable transportation for travel throughout Metro AtlantaWhy Join Us?Competitive pay and flexible schedulingSupportive, professional team environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' livesTo Apply: Submit your resume and relevant certifications to info@gaddielservices.com.
